ABOUT CLASSES & PRODUCTS

Simply Coloring Studio offers a variety of creative experiences and products, including:

• Live coloring classes via Zoom
• In-person classes and workshops at select locations
• Private one-on-one coloring sessions
• Printable coloring pages and digital resources
• Coloring books and creative merchandise
• Apparel, accessories, and other specialty items

The purpose of Simply Coloring Studio is to provide an enjoyable place where adults can unwind, express themselves creatively, and spend time with others who share a love of coloring.

CLASS POLICIES

Online Zoom Classes

Most classes are held live through Zoom.

Participants are responsible for:

• Having a reliable internet connection
• Accessing Zoom before class begins
• Joining sessions on time
• Providing their own basic coloring supplies unless otherwise noted

Class links and details will be emailed before the scheduled session.

Please note:

• Technical difficulties occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
• Minor interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
• Simply Coloring Studio reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

Creating a Positive Class Experience

Simply Coloring Studio is designed to offer participants an opportunity to step away from the demands and distractions of everyday life.

We recognize that each person brings their own beliefs, opinions, traditions, interests, and creative preferences. Those differences are a natural part of life and are respected.

To preserve the atmosphere of our classes, Simply Coloring Studio asks participants to keep conversations focused on creativity, encouragement, and shared experiences. Please refrain from discussions or debates involving politics, religion, holidays and observances, gender-related topics, cultural or social controversies, and other deeply personal viewpoints during class time.

The intention is not to discourage individual beliefs or diminish the importance of these subjects, but rather to provide a setting where participants can take a break from life's heavier topics and simply enjoy the activity at hand.

Simply Coloring Studio also reserves the right to determine the materials, themes, and projects used in classes. Studio-provided content is selected to support the overall experience and may not include themes or imagery that are inconsistent with that purpose.

In-Person Classes

Classes and workshops may occasionally be offered at community locations.

Participants attend at their own discretion and assume responsibility for their personal safety, belongings, and transportation.

Simply Coloring Studio is not responsible for:

• Injuries
• Lost or stolen items
• Accidents occurring before, during, or after attendance

Private One-on-One Sessions

Private sessions may be available based on scheduling availability.

Payment may be required in advance to reserve appointment times.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because seating is limited and time is reserved in advance:

• Class fees are generally non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
• In certain situations, a class credit may be offered at our discretion.

If Simply Coloring Studio cancels a class, participants will receive either:

• A refund, or
• The option to transfer to another class.

Digital Products

Digital products, including coloring pages, guides, and printables, are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of digital products:

• Refunds and exchanges cannot be provided once files have been delivered or downloaded.

Digital products may not be:

• Resold
• Shared or redistributed
• Copied for commercial purposes

Physical Products & Merchandise

Products may include:

• Coloring books
• T-shirts
• Tote bags
• Mugs
• Coloring accessories
• Other specialty merchandise

Colors and print results may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing processes, and printing variations. Minor differences are considered normal and are not defects.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, Simply Coloring Studio is not responsible for:

• Postal delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Photos of the issue may be requested. If approved, a replacement may be offered at no additional charge.
