Class Policies

Online Zoom Classes

Most classes are held live via Zoom.

Participants are responsible for:

• Having a reliable internet connection.

• Accessing Zoom before class begins.

• Joining sessions on time.

• Providing your own basic coloring supplies unless otherwise noted.

Zoom links will be emailed before your scheduled session.

Please Note:

• Technical difficulties beyond the studio's control may occur.

• Minor interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

• Participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect.

• Simply Coloring Studio reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without a refund.

Creating a Positive Class Experience

Simply Coloring Studio is designed to provide a calm, creative place where participants can step away from the demands and distractions of everyday life.

Everyone brings their own beliefs, traditions, interests, and creative preferences, and those differences are respected.

​

To help maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone, please keep conversations centered on coloring, creativity, and shared enjoyment rather than politics, religion, holidays and observances, gender-related topics, cultural or social controversies, or other deeply personal viewpoints.

The goal is to provide a relaxing environment where participants can take a break from life's heavier topics and simply enjoy the creative experience.

Simply Coloring Studio carefully selects class materials and projects that support a calm, creative environment. Participants will enjoy a variety of coloring materials and projects, although not every theme, style, or subject will be included.

In-Person Classes

In-person classes and workshops may be offered at community locations by request.

​

Participants attend at their own discretion and are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and transportation.

​

Simply Coloring Studio is not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents occurring before, during, or after class

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

• Transportation to or from the class location

Private One-on-One Sessions

Private one-on-one sessions may be available based on scheduling availability.

Advance payment may be required to reserve your appointment time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because class sizes are limited and time is reserved in advance:

• Class fees are generally non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, please notify Simply Coloring Studio as soon as possible.

• In certain situations, a class credit may be offered at Simply Coloring Studio's discretion.

If Simply Coloring Studio cancels a class, participants will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer to another class.
